We will continue to assess the restrictions and whether or not we can bring the 2nd hand racks up to the temporary pick up venue. If you have items to donate, we are currently accepting them. Please ensure they are clean and left in a bag in the office marked “2nd hand donations” or similar.
If you are looking for Second hand items, please go to the online NWPS Buy Swap Sell – Facebook Group – https://www.facebook.com/groups/596953100912308

Safety Reminders
General Road Reminders
- Remember “school days” traffic restrictions will apply. There is no parking outside the office at this time.
- Also, please remember the School Zone 40km/h from today.
Covid Reminders
- Remember to adhere to the Public Health Orders, and Dept of Education protocols and check in on arrival.
- Masks – We ask that you wear a mask whilst attending the Uniform Shop (Yes we’re outside, but we would like to ensure we protect our community)
- If you’re unwell – Please don’t attend our Uniform Shop. Please email us and arrange alternative arrangements.
- Social Distancing: As a community, lets do this one together. Remember: If you can high 5 the next parent, you’re standing too close.
School Bags
School bags and library bags are on the way. Unfortunately we continue to face delivery delays. We are expecting stock to arrive sometime next week. We will do our best to try and get new bags delivered, in particular to our new kindy families, as we know how exciting starting school is, in particular the hat and bag.
We’ve opened up the ability to order in our system – but all orders will be on backorder for now. The benefit is that as soon as the bags arrive, our team can arrange to get them out to you.
Sports Shirts
A quick reminder the “old style” yellow shirt with house colour emblem are still available in some sizes and are now available for just $10.
The new green shirts are all back in stock – They are all the same and are not differentiated by house colour for ease of purchase.
Sports Shirts are available here
Volunteers Needed
Now we are able to start opening the shop regularly, we are looking for some new volunteers. (Or volunteers who used to volunteer who are now available once more)
Volunteering at the Uniform Shop, even just once a month, is a fantastic way to meet other parents, especially with limited “school gate chat time” which we’ve experienced during these recent times.
Lots of options currently available – Come and see if you like it with a casual shift, or come and join our regular once a month roster.
Two shifts times available to suit on Wednesdays.
- Shift 1 – 1:30 – 2:50pm – Help with packing orders and bringing them up to the office. Assist with handing out orders and general help
- Shift 2 – 2:15 – 3:30pm – Help with handing out orders and general shop help. Assist our Uniform Shop Manager with pack up for the day.
Volunteers need to be double vaccinated, feeling well and not be a close contact. Disposable masks and fun training provided.
Feel free to get in touch with Jenny, Kristina, Yolanda, Lisa, Bee, Emily and the rest of the volunteer team – Contact us here for more information
